Nomination Process

Nominations can be made at any time by any individual for consideration by the TXAPA Board of Directors. To make a nomination, simply complete the official nomination form. An official Texas Asphalt Pavement Hall of Fame nomination form must be filled out for each individual nominated and returned to the TXAPA Executive Vice President before an individual will be considered.

The TXAPA Board of Directors meets annually, at a time and place determined by the Chairperson, to consider all applications submitted. Individuals approved by the TXAPA Board of Directors will be notified (if living), as will the nominator of that individual.

A suitable time and place for induction ceremonies will be established for individuals elected to the Asphalt Pavement Hall of Fame. There is no limit to the number of inductees per year. Those elected will be recognized appropriately.
