An official Texas Asphalt Pavement Hall of Fame nomination form must be filled out for each individual nominated and returned to the TXAPA Executive Vice President before an individual will be considered.

The TXAPA Board of Directors meets annually, at a time and place determined by the Chairperson, to consider all applications submitted. Individuals approved by the TXAPA Board of Directors will be notified (if living), as will the nominator of that individual.
