Events
TXAPA holds its annual meeting over four days in mid-September, combining education, networking, and fun. The agenda features award-winning speakers and entertainers and includes technical sessions, ample networking time, a golf tournament, a casino night, and a live and silent auction benefiting the TXAPA Scholarship Program. The size of the meeting has grown significantly since the first one in 1974. In 2023, more than 800 TXAPA members, TxDOT personnel, and their spouses attended. The meeting venue is always one of Texas’ premier destination resorts.
Registration opens at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, May 18 for the 51st Annual Meeting of the Texas Asphalt Pavement Association. This year’s meeting takes place at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa. Join your colleagues and partners from across Texas for one of the industry’s most anticipated gatherings of the year, featuring valuable networking, technical sessions, and memorable events throughout the week. We’re also excited to welcome Shenandoah for our Scholarship Night celebration, featuring a special evening of live music and fun in support of the industry’s future.
