Strengthening Collaboration for Quality Asphalt Pavements
The Partners in Quality (PIQ) Program is an invitation-only initiative led by the Texas Asphalt Pavement Association (TXAPA) in partnership with TxDOT to promote high-quality asphalt pavements across Texas.
Each year, TXAPA hosts PIQ meetings in all 25 TxDOT districts. This allows TxDOT personnel, TXAPA Regular Members, and select industry professionals to collaborate, discuss district-specific challenges, and develop solutions that improve asphalt quality and performance.
These meetings are focused on:
✅ Addressing key issues within each TxDOT district
✅ Strengthening communication and collaboration between TxDOT and contractors
✅ Enhancing quality in asphalt pavement projects across Texas
Who Can Attend PIQ Meetings?
By Invitation Only—PIQ meetings are exclusive to TXAPA regular members, TxDOT personnel, and select guests. They are not open to the general public. If you believe you should receive an invitation, please contact Becky Schaeffer for more information.
