Larry Peirce, Director of Special Projects
Larry Peirce started his career with the Strategic Highway Research Program (SHRP-LTPP) over 35 years ago and later worked in the geotechnical and construction materials industry. He has represented the roadway pavement construction industry through associations across Texas with an emphasis on subgrade and base stabilization and asphalt pavements.
