The Texas A&M Transportation Institute and the Texas Asphalt Pavement Association are working with the Blinn College District to help build careers in the highway construction industry. You can take a 15-week course and jump-start your career.

The Highway Construction Workforce Partnership is a federal and state effort to ensure a highly skilled and trained workforce builds Texas roads. It’s a joint effort between the Federal Highway Administration’s Highway Construction Workforce Partnership and the Texas Department of Transportation’s Connect U2Jobs programs.

This 15-week course takes place at the RELLIS Campus in Bryan, Texas, and includes classroom and fieldwork. You’ll become familiar with all possible jobs in this rewarding industry.
