Special Provision to Special Specification 3096 Asphalts, Oils, and Emulsions
This letter is notification of the following proposed 2014 Special Provision which reflects the 2024 Standard Specifications language.
Special Provision 3096-XXX, “Asphalt, Oils, and Emulsions,” (Spec Committee No. 3096- 20235-12), adds diluted emulsions to Special Specification 3096 as discussed with industry.
