This year the committee evaluated nine Non-TxDOT projects for quality paving. There were seven evaluators for the nine projects. Three projects from three different categories were selected including a specialty project, the Watco Dock Expansion at the Port of Houston. The awards were presented at the 2017 Annual Meeting. The winning projects have been submitted for national awards.
