Matt White, North Texas Regional Director

The Texas Asphalt Pavement Association (TXAPA) is pleased to announce the addition of Matt White as North Texas Regional Director, bringing more than 15 years of experience in the road construction, aggregates, and heavy equipment industries to the association.

White most recently served as General Manager – Road & Mineral Products for Kirby-Smith Machinery, where he supported operations and strategic growth initiatives across a 13-branch territory spanning Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive experience working alongside contractors, producers, and industry partners across the asphalt pavement and road construction sectors.

“I’m excited to join TXAPA and continue supporting an industry that plays such a critical role in building and maintaining Texas infrastructure,” said White. “I look forward to working with our members and helping strengthen relationships across North Texas.”

White has been actively involved with industry organizations, including TXAPA, the National Asphalt Pavement Association (NAPA), and the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC).
